Good News

Hello with a blessing from God!

This past Monday (12/17/07), I had my scheduled MRI and CT scans. Once again it was a long day of waiting and waiting. But, the good news was worth the wait. In the late afternoon, my doctors came in to let me know that there is nothing that the scans could show for them to be concerned about. This is great news! And what is even better, my last treatment was almost two years ago. With the type of cancer I had, this is a really good sign! It is a wonderful Christmas gift from God!

Today’s sermon was on finding God even in the challenging times of our lives. Going though the treatment was a very challenging part of my life. But, even though it has been a major challenge, during the treatment and now, I have felt very blessed by God. And I thank God for each and every new breath that I can breath. For, it is through God’s grace that I am able to find peace within the pain, and through God I am healed.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas, may we all find peace in every aspect of life,
Nathan
