Bone Scan Results

I spent pretty much all day today in the hospital setting to learn that there is nothing to worry about in my bones. The bone scan came back showing no cancer, which energizes me. I will be having scans again in August before I return to Goshen College. I thank you all for your prayers and I know God is filling me with health.

Nathan

P.S. If I was ever going to work in the hospital, I would choose to give bone scans to other people because it is so much fun to see the bones come forth on the computer :)

Nathan,
This bone report is another small step forward in recovery that gives hope to both you and your supporters. We continue to be amazed at your progress and are greatly inspired by your active faith in the midst of this journey. Thank you for sharing that part of your journey with us. For those of us who hardly ever get to see you in person, this blog is life-giving in our desire to walk with you, since it is the only way we can hear how you are. May God's deep peace remain in you.

Nathan,
It is so wonderful to be able to keep up with the ways God is working in your life through your blog. Whenever I get to Kingston I can get on the internet and check up on what you've posted. The latest news has especially left me with great joy and a lighter heart. When I left Iowa in August last year, things were bleak and frightening. But it seems God has been putting the ground back under our feet and it really lifts my spirit to read this latest good news. (The other big lift came when I heard your voice on the phone a few months ago.) Thank you for continuing to post as God keeps working through your sharing.
