Seeing Progress

Greetings,

Just to give an update on Nathan – Sunday PM. We are thankful for the bits of progress we see each day. Today more tubes and cords were taken off and out of Nathan which he was glad about. He even walked to the bathroom with Tim’s help. This afternoon he was awake more and participated in a conversation with a couple visitors with a few sentences. Usually he has just one-word responses to questions. He is still trying to sort out lots of things, like where he is at and what has happened. He did remember this afternoon that he was camp pastor at Crooked Creek Christian Camp for 5th/6th graders this summer. I prayed for a smile from him today and was excited to see a small one as we were ready to leave this evening. Thanks for your caring and continued prayers.

Tim and Carol,
I want to thank you for continually updating the webblog while Nathan is experiencing these things right now. It is so very helpful to stay up to date on
what's going on. Prayers are being prayed from many places in Goshen and your updates are very helpful. Thank you.

Tim and Carol,
I also want to thank you for your updatings. It's such a help to understand more from Nathans actuall situation - especially for us, who are living in Europe, because we can't go to visit him. Please say greetins to Nathan - we haven't forget him! I wish and pray that he will be better very soon. And I'm also praying for you - Tim and Carol - that you won't loose strength and peace.

Dear Tim,Carol and Nathan,
I think and pray for you all very often. As I was looking over some of my dad's papers, I came across a Father's day card with a little picture of Chris on it, and sitting beside him was little Natan. I can't imagine the stress you must all feel. I'm sure your faith will remain stedfast. My continued prayer is for complete healing and wisdom for the capable doctors. Love and prayers, Rae Shellenberger

Tim and Carol,
Our hearts are heavy as we read and hear from other friends about Nathan's recent surgeries. We remain in prayer with you that Nathan will recover from the surgery and be free of infection. We lift you up as there are many decisions to be made these days. May God surround you with His peace.
