Fifth MRI and CT scan
This past Monday (8/20), I had my follow up MRI and CT scans. While these tests can be a bit nerve racking, I felt fairly relaxed. And fortunately my doctors did not see anything to be concerned about. In addition to receiving great results from my scans, I also had a job interview in the Social Service department at the University Hospital. I am now a Social Service Assistant. My work includes delivering Medicare rights for patients who are going to be discharged. This will involve visiting with many different patients and getting to know the layout of the University Hospital building. This will not provide many hours, but I am still very excited to have this position. It is a way to get into the hospital setting and I will begin to look for a job to add to this one. I am thankful this temp job is related to social work. I am actually excited to have this job.
I want to thank all of you who are still praying for me. Prayer is one of the powerful forces which enables me to feel more relaxed as I go through these exams. My next scans will be in December. I also would appreciate prayer for protection against having seizures. I haven’t had one since July 16, but I would like to keep it that way.
in peace

Congratulations on your new employment. I'm glad for you that you could get something in your chosen field. I am also thankful that your test results were positive, it is an answer to prayer.
