White Cells Count at 1.1

The first thing I heard in the morning was a whisper from my nurse that my white cells were all the way from .3 to 1.1. It is a huge jump for me! The doctors are telling me that I am making great progress on my recovery from the heavy dose of chemo. One thing I can use more prayer for is improvement in my ability to eat food. Right now I am stuck to IV nutrition and yogurt.

With more energy,
Nathan

Nathan,
It's truly an answer to prayer that your white cell count is going up. That's wonderful news!
We will continue to pray that you will soon be able to eat real food again. Look on the bright side-You really don't like hospital food anyway(-: But, bet that you won't complain when you can actually eat it again. Love, Carl and Elaine

Nathan,
Miracles are going on everywhere in that hospital. Thank you Jesus for blessing received! God healed the hole in my nephews heart!!! They called my niece and her husband on Tuesday after the services for his brother. The doctor was shocked. They had him scheduled for surgery Weds. He even opened both of his eyes and the nurse was able to get a picture to show his parents. They were so happy. What an awesome loving God we have. He is going to continue to bless you Nathan. We will remain steadfast in our prayers for continued healing. I continue to ask God to deliver all my energy from my workouts and pass it along to you. Some of my best prayers are when I am working out! Another good reason to keep doing it huh?
God bless you Nathan

Nathan,
What wonderful news to wake up to! You have really been on my mind lately and I am so thankful for you. In our bible study we are reading...If You Want To Walk On Water Got To Get Out Of The Boat...and our study this past week was all about going through times of trials and being stuck in caves. It reminds us that many of our biblical characters also spent time in spiritual and emotional caves, but with the love of God and his guidence they/we are always able to find our way out again. Your trials must be a huge burden emotionally and physically, but your faith and trust in God has proved to be such an encouragement to us. The love you have for God really does shine through what you do...even these emails. Thank you for that.
It is wonderful to know that we can and do have hope in times of plenty and in times of need. What would this world be like without HOPE?
You are a blessing to us and we love you.
love
Becky
